Since Petals ESB 3.1.2
{note}
On some machine, the network stacks IPv4 and IPv6 are IPv4/IPv6 dual-stack is available, even if the network is configure to be an IPv4 network. As the JVM uses by default IPv6, if it is available, and for performances reasons when both IP stacks are the dual-stack is available, the Petals ESB startup script forces the usage of the IPv4 stack.

If your network is a full IPv6 network, you must update the Petals ESB startup script removing the option "-Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true" or replacing it by "-Djava.net.preferIPv6Stack=true".
